CAT-2009 NOTIFICATION FROM IIMs (ONLINE CBT CAT)

Under an official announcement IIMs have declared that Online CAT for the year 2009 will be held between 28 November,2009 - 7 December, 2009.

CAT BROCHURE DISTRIBUTION:

The CAT 2009 vouchers can be obtained from AXIS BANK brances from 9 september 2009 to 1 october 2009.

Form fees will be Rs. 1500/-  (for General) and Rs. 700/- (for SC/ST).

The brochure should be taken only in the name of student appearing the test as per his/her name in the school leaving certificate.

SCORE CARD:
Candidates will receive their scorecard on 22 January, 2010.

TEST DURATION: 2 Hour and 30 Minutes.

There will be approximately 60 to 70 questions asked for the CAT examinations from sections of Quant, Verbal and DI-LR-DS.

TEST TIMINGS: Everyday the test is broken up into two sessions. Morning session and Afternoon session.

MORNING SESSION: Candidates should arrive to test centre before 8:30 am. Test will be conducted from      10 am to 12:30 pm.

AFTERNOON SESSION: Candidates should arrive to test centre before 2:00 pm. Test will be conducted from 3:30 pm to 6 pm.
